Best Vacation Home Staging Project
This is a beautiful beach vacation home that looks out over the bay. We provided paint color selections, sourced all furniture, accessories and ceiling fan for the space.
We mounted driftwood in the stairwell leading to the the living space. We also accented this wall a slightly darker color so the drift wood could stand out.
This dining space is all about modern coastal living. From the light woods to the rope chairs to the stunning light fixture - we sourced and installed all the items in this space.
We did a custom pallet headboard in a walnut stain, along with black and white prints and plug-in sconces alongside the bed. The owners had requested a very gray/white theme in this room, since this would be where they would stay during their time there.
In one of the main bedrooms, we went with a different feel in this room - a little more on the traditional beach colors, but still fresh and inviting. We used unique wall panels to create a fun headboard. We love how all the textures play so well in this space.
The bunk space was so fun to design. The accent wall color was the perfect ocean blue/green.
She's a Victorian Soul with Modern Charms. Plush where it matters and more than welcoming. Floor to Ceiling Exposed century old brick in this 3rd floor vaulted master suite glow behind nickel bedside tables. The low rise bed creates volume in the space fit for a Queen.
This was for a client’s first AirBnb vacation rental so he had no direction. We had no direction and no budget. Client did not want to approve any items before we purchased. The only challenge was that he bought a green sofa bed for the living room and insisted we use it!
We had to design our entire project around a color that was not in season at the time and was hard to find matching accessories. Within one week of his rental listing, he booked out for the next few months. AirBNb reached out to him and asked if he would be interested in using this property to become a Super Host, the first time in our region!
